Vitamin B3 comes in two forms – niacin and niacinamide. Both have the same vitamin activity, but niacinamide is sometimes preferred due to the unpleasant side effects of niacin that many people experience.

The reaction is called a “niacin rash” and causes temporary skin redness, warmth, and tingling.

Additionally, niacinamide contains more triglycerides and lowers cholesterol levels more seriously.

Unlike niacin, however, niacinamide is not recommended for circulatory system problems.

Niacin is essential for the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It significantly affects blood cholesterol levels when taken in large quantities and can prevent the passage of cholesterol from the liver into the circulatory system. In addition, niacin increases the levels of lipoproteins in the cell, known as "good" cholesterol and is a powerful protector against cardiovascular disease, hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
