Evening primrose oil has incredible health benefits. It is particularly beneficial for proper hormone synthesis, heart function, bones, skin and hair maintenance, etc. It reduces the pain associated with PMS and relieves dry, irritated skin. Evening primrose oil is high in essential fatty acids, which provide the building blocks for cell membranes, the synthesis of hormones and hormone-like substances. They include omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which play a crucial role in brain function, normal growth and development.

Omega-6 fatty acids found in evening primrose oil are necessary for the synthesis of prostaglandin E. Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances responsible for proper hormone production, cell health, and more.

A deficiency of prostaglandins leads to increased blood clot formation, inflammation, high blood pressure, infertility, cell proliferation, cancer, and weight gain.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
