A training helmet is a rare training accessory. The function of a head helmet is to facilitate training for the neck muscles. With the help of a head helmet, you can load the neck muscles much more fully.
You can attach a free weight (dumbbell or disc weight) to the end of a headband and perform different types of movements for different parts of the neck, such as forward, backward, left, and right weighted bends. In addition to a free weight, you can also attach a pulley to the end of a headband. The advantage of a pulley is that it puts constant tension on the neck muscles.
