Taurine capsules 1500 mg. Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is formed from the amino acids methionine and cystine. It is found in the body as a free amino acid or as a component of elementary peptides in the blood and bile. The human body synthesizes small amounts of taurine, but they are not sufficient for athletes and adolescents.

Taurine is not a structural element of physiological proteins, but it is necessary in the processes of their construction.

Like glutamine, it increases nitrogen retention in the body and corrects blood pH levels, leading to improved recovery and growth. During intense efforts, the body releases serotonin, which, along with cortisol, is one of the most powerful catabolic hormones.

The presence of high concentrations of taurine prevents the production of serotonin, thus protecting muscles from breakdown and creating favorable conditions for protein synthesis in the body. In addition, the high content of taurine promotes muscle contractions by maintaining a high concentration of calcium ions responsible for this process.

Purpose:

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
