Not all cinnamon sold in stores is real. This is something very few people know. Real cinnamon comes from the species Cinnamomum verum (also known as Cinnamomum zeylanicum), which grows in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon). For this reason, you will often hear the name "Ceylon cinnamon". Of the other species, Cinnamomum cassia is very common, but although it has some similarities to real cinnamon, it contains different levels of the beneficial key compounds. Our capsules contain pure Ceylon cinnamon powder from the species Cinnamomum verum - directly from Sri Lanka for your health

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule three times daily with meals.
