This type of selenium is used to maintain the normal state of the immune system and overcome chronic fatigue. It has a cardioprotective effect in statin therapy. The high-dose form of 200 mcg is especially suitable at the beginning of the cold season, as well as for chronic stress, lack of sleep and intense physical and mental work. The medical yeast, from whose extract it is derived, additionally enriches the body with minerals and trace elements. In this dose, selenium is a good detoxifier for heavy metals such as cadmium and mercury, as well as for lighter ones, including aluminum.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
