Contains whey protein isolate. Obtained through the ion exchange process, whey protein isolate is characterized by the highest biological value and anabolic activity compared to other proteins. It is the most complete amino acid source of exogenous and endogenous amino acids and is extremely high in branched chain amino acids /BCAA/ and glutamine.

The high anabolic activity comes from the characteristic of the contained whole proteins, peptides and polypeptides, preserved during the extraction of the raw material. Thanks to this, amino acids enter muscle cells much more easily and quickly and prevent catabolism.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
