It is used as an energy source and a transport system for creatine and nutrients into cells. The fastest way to restore depleted
glycogen after training and during competition or physical exertion.

Directions for use: 1) As a creatine transporter - 1 dose dissolved in 250 ml of water.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
