Lutein is a natural substance for the body, mainly contained in the retina. It has a protective effect against oxidative stress and for filtering blue light. In general, lutein is a carotenoid that can be provided through some fruits, vegetables and egg yolk. Sufficient intake of lutein protects against macular degeneration, improves eye lubrication and reduces oxidative reactions.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
