For many of us, milk sugar is difficult to digest, and it's becoming an increasingly common condition these days. Lactose intolerance is simply a lack of the digestive enzyme, as we need an enzyme called lactase to process milk sugar. But the truth is that our bodies produce lactase for a while, after which our bodies usually reduce the production of the enzyme or even stop it altogether - this is why lactose intolerance comes in different levels.

The good news is that the uncomfortable consequences of this condition (such as digestive discomfort, diarrhea) can be avoided by oral consumption of this enzyme just as effectively as if it were produced by ourselves.

“Lactose-free” dairy products work very similarly, as most of them are not lactose-free, but contain the added enzyme lactase, which is needed to digest the milk sugar in them.

With Lactase Enzyme, you can now enjoy the taste of dairy products again without any unwanted consequences, as just one tablet is enough to absorb about 20-25g of milk sugar - which is equivalent to about 400ml of milk.
