Lecithin is a substance that is found naturally in our body's tissues. It consists of fatty acids and helps with high cholesterol, it is good to take during breastfeeding.
Lecithin, an omega-3 fatty acid, can improve cardiovascular health, especially if you are already at risk of developing high blood pressure or heart disease. It is the building block of cell membranes. It strengthens the nervous system and is essential for the liver and brain.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
