Grassberg Cod Liver Oil + A + D is a renowned source of vitamins and essential fatty acids. As the name suggests, it is derived from cod liver and is available as a liquid or capsule supplement.

The most important ingredient in cod liver oil is omega-3, a polyunsaturated fat. Omega-3 is known as an essential fatty acid because the human body is unable to synthesize it and we need to obtain it from food.

Omega-3s from fish can be divided into two different types: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which offer many health benefits, both together and individually. Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
