Alpha-lipoic acid is an organic compound that is produced in the body. It serves vital functions at the cellular level, one of which is energy production. Grassberg Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals in the body. It is most commonly used for nerve pain and in people suffering from diabetes. This antioxidant is approved for the treatment of nerve-related symptoms, high levels of cholesterol or other lipids in the blood, as well as obesity.

Alpha-lipoic acid protects cells from damage and restores the levels of vitamins C and E in the body. Numerous studies have shown that it increases insulin sensitivity by improving the function and conduction of neurons. Taking alpha-lipoic acid improves the absorption of carbohydrates, lowers blood sugar levels and increases energy production.

Because it has strong antioxidant properties, alpha-lipoic acid may provide protection for the brain from certain degenerative diseases. Studies have shown that alpha-lipoic acid slows the progression of Alzheimer's disease by neutralizing free radicals and suppressing inflammation. It also has beneficial effects on the liver.

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with a glass of water.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
