Glucosamine is an aminomonosaccharide that is naturally found in the human body. Glucosamine is used in the construction of joints and cartilage. When there is more Glucosamine in the human body, joints, cartilage and connective tissues are built faster.

With age, the production of Glucosamine decreases, resulting in wear and tear of the joints and ligaments, associated with unpleasant pain during physical exertion, which necessitates its additional intake in the form of a supplement.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
