OstroVit Erythritol / Sugar Free Sugar is a natural sugar substitute with a zero glycemic index. It contains no calories and does not cause cavities.

Erythritol is easily digestible, suitable for diets and nutritional regimens, does not raise blood sugar and does not affect insulin levels.

It is naturally found in fruits such as grapes, pears, and melon, as well as in foods and beverages such as wine, beer, and yellow cheese.

Erythritol is produced by fermentation of plant sugar (sugar is mixed with water and fermented, the result is erythritol . It is then filtered, allowed to crystallize and dried.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
