OstroVit EAA 1150 / Essential Amino Acids is a complex of exogenous and endogenous amino acids.

The main task of amino acids is to protect muscles from catabolism and improve their regeneration after training.

Essential amino acids are organic compounds that are the basic “building blocks” for the construction of peptides and proteins. Unfortunately, our body is unable to synthesize (produce) them on its own, so it is important to provide them to it, either through a nutrient-rich diet or in the form of a dietary supplement.

The composition of the product includes BCAA complex , i.e. three long-chain amino acids: leucine, valine and isoleucine and in addition compounds such as: lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, arginine, histidine and tryptophan.

The complex helps in better muscle recovery and growth. It also contributes to a number of vital processes in our body, supporting the immune, nervous and digestive systems.
