CM3 is a product containing tri-creatine malate. This is a form of creatine that is resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive tract and dissolves very well. CM3 contains creatine, which increases physical performance during consecutive short, high-intensity bursts of physical exercise. Consuming 3 g of creatine per day provides a preferred effect. CM3 is intended for professional athletes.

The recommended daily portion is 7 g (1 measuring spoon).

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 3.5 g (0.5 scoop) in 250–300 ml of water in a shaker. Take 2 servings daily.

On training days:
1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.

On non-training days:
1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before bedtime.



WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take the product. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.

STORAGE:
Keep this package tightly closed in a dry place, at a temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.
