Chitosan is a dietary supplement that is extracted from the shells of crustaceans such as shrimp and crab. Chitosan is a natural and unique source of fiber. Chitosan does not contain calories and has the unique ability to bind to fats and cholesterol, thus “packaging” them and preventing their absorption. This effect is explained by the positive ionic charge of chitosan.

It can bind to seven times its own weight in fat. Once the fat is bound to Chitosan , it is excreted from the body through the excretory system. Chromium picolinate added to the product regulates blood sugar levels and prevents the accumulation of subcutaneous fat. Chitosan also improves the function of the cardiovascular system.

Directions : One dose with each meal. Avoid taking Chitosan 4 hours before or after taking fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
