Organic Carrot Sprout Seeds

Dary Natury carrot seeds (Daucus carota) are a product of organic farming. They can be used for tea with a rich color, sweet taste and relaxing aroma, pressed with oil as a dressing or used as a base for obtaining sprouts at home. Thanks to their composition, carrot seeds have healing properties for the human body. How do you get sprouts at home?

A flat plate is covered with gauze or other water-absorbing material. The seeds are sprinkled in a single layer on the gauze and poured with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The plate is placed in a warm and dark place, making sure that the gauze does not dry out. The sprouts appear after 2-4 days. For large seeds, such as peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds covered with husks, such as pumpkin or sunflower, the sprouts are cut before consumption. Sprouts from fine seeds (such as carrot) are used whole.

Recommendations for use: At home, sprouts are prepared as follows: Take a flat plate, line it with gauze or other water-absorbing material. Sprinkle seeds in a single layer on the gauze and pour water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Add water so that the gauze is always wet. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of germinating plant, sprouts appear after 2-4 days.
