Action:

Thyme honey has strong antioxidant properties. A Polish study that compared the antioxidant properties of 10 honeys found that thyme honey—along with other dark-colored honeys like raspberry, hawthorn, and black chokeberry honey—had the highest antioxidant activity, as well as the highest levels of polyphenols and flavonoids, compounds known for their strong antioxidant properties.

Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, unstable molecules that are generated by things like sunlight, cigarette smoke, air pollution, pesticides, infections, and metabolism.

These unstable molecules are thought to contribute to the development of numerous diseases and conditions, including heart disease, various forms of cancer, cellulite, cataracts, and asthma. Free radicals can also promote premature aging of the skin, which is why antioxidants that scavenge free radicals play a key role in anti-wrinkle diets.

The immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects of green propolis extracts have been studied for many years. This ingredient has been proven to improve vital signs and strengthen the immune system, protecting against flu and viruses.

Ingredients: Thyme honey (from Spain) 98%, hydroglycerin extract 2%, green propolis 4.95 %, echinacea and agave syrup.

Directions for use: For adults: 1 to 3 teaspoons daily.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
