Pai Mu Tan, also known as white peony , is a white tea that is produced in the Chinese province of Fujian. Pai Mu Tan leaves are picked from a special tea bush called “chaicha”. Only the youngest two leaves and the bud are selected from each branch to make this premium tea with a unique taste and aroma.
