Description:
Like many other B-complex vitamins, riboflavin must be converted to its active form in order to be used by cells. In the human body, this process occurs in the cell mitochondria, where dietary riboflavin is converted by the enzyme riboflavin kinase into riboflavin 5'-phosphate (R5P), which is the primary form of riboflavin found in cells and tissues. Swanson's R-5-P Riboflavin-5-Phosphate allows your body to bypass this process by delivering the vitamin directly in its active form, so it is ready to perform its vital functions in cellular energy metabolism.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
