AMIX Quick Energy Gel is an innovative energy gel, specially designed to increase energy during intense workouts. Its super concentrated formula includes three types of carbohydrates – mono, oligo and polysaccharides, as well as cluster dextrin, which effectively reduce fatigue and support normal muscle function. Enriched with caffeine, taurine, vitamins C and B6, and magnesium, the gel provides a maximum burst of energy, especially at the end of workouts.

Scientific studies show that caffeine is able to improve physical performance and increase endurance, while magnesium plays an important role in muscle function and recovery. Vitamins C and B6 contribute to better metabolism and energy levels.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
