Psyllium/Husk is an excellent source of dietary fiber and has mild laxative properties. It is used in traditional medicine to relieve irregular bowel movements and constipation. It is a safe and effective natural alternative to laxatives. Psyllium increases the volume of the intestines, absorbs excess toxins and waste products, moisturizes the colon and softens the feces. Ideal for people who need a daily fiber supplement and help with regular bowel movements. Causes defecation within 12 to 72 hours after ingestion.

Vegetable cellulose capsule.

Does not contain: Artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, corn, dairy, gluten, salt, sugar, soy, yeast, wheat or GMOs.

Application : Contributes to the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

Note: Do not use when stomach pain, nausea, vomiting. Consult a doctor if you notice sudden changes in bowel function that last more than 2 weeks. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and nutritious diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dosage and administration : One full glass of liquid with each dose.

For adults and children over 12 years of age, take 6 capsules at a time, once a day.

For children from 6 to 12 years old - 3 capsules daily, and for children under 6 years old, consult a doctor.

Storage : In a cool, dry place, out of reach of children!

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
