A combination of protein (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, whey protein isolate and whey protein hydrolysate) and carbohydrates in a 50:50 ratio.
The product is supplemented with medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), glutamine, taurine, metabolism boosters, vitamins and minerals. The complex action of the ingredients is aimed at increasing lean muscle mass and strength.
It delivers all the necessary ingredients for maximum muscle growth, without additional increase in subcutaneous fat. It promotes optimal recovery after training and protects muscles from breakdown during intense physical exertion.
Directions: 1-4 servings daily in the morning, before and after training and 1 hour before bed. Add 1 serving / 50 g = 4 scoops or 8 level tablespoons / to 100 ml of water.
