Magnesium citrate, 150 mg

Magnesium is essential for the regulation of many cellular functions, ion channels, signaling pathways, enzymes, and metabolic pathways such as glycolysis, fatty acid oxidation, and DNA synthesis. Magnesium deficiency is associated with disorders such as insulin resistance, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, cancer, and high blood pressure. The citrate form of the supplement improves the bioavailability of magnesium, it chelates oxalates from food, and thus reduces the risk of kidney stone formation.

Ingredients: In 1 capsule: Daily dose:
Magnesium (derived from 750 mg magnesium complex, providing 150 mg elemental magnesium) 150 mg 150 mg


Malic acid, vegetable capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water, titanium dioxide), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Does not contain : Artificial preservatives, colors, sweeteners, corn, dairy, soy, starch, wheat or yeast .

Application: Contributes to maintaining normal carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. Contributes to maintaining normal bones and teeth, tissues and muscle function.

Note: Do not use as a substitute for a varied and nutritious diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dosage and administration: 1 capsule daily.

Storage: In a cool, dry place, out of reach of children!

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
