Thanks to the vegetarian capsules, L-glutamine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
