L-glutamine (L-glutamine) Holland & Barrett:

Holland & Barrett L-glutamine tablets provide the body with the amino acid glutamine, which supports essential processes in the body. Glutamine is one of the most common amino acids. The action of glutamine is associated with protecting muscle mass and the gastrointestinal tract, as it is a basic building block in them. Glutamine preserves and develops muscles and also protects them from breakdown. In addition, the amino acid protects against the formation of colitis, gastritis, ulcers and other gastrointestinal problems. Frequent use of glutamine boosts the immune system by enhancing metabolism. As a result, the immune response improves and the overall health of the body increases.

Instructions for use:
 Take 2 tablets daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
