Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is a major component of cell membranes.

The patented Cogni-PS® formula promotes brain function by helping to maintain neuronal membrane fluidity (cell-to-cell communication), which is linked to cognition, mental performance, attention, and reaction time. PS protects against stress-induced activity by reducing the effects of cortisol (a catabolic stress hormone).

Cogni-PS® is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine from sunflower lecithin that offers excellent stability and is free of soy allergens.

Recommended intake: 1 softgel up to 3 times daily with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Note: If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, under 18 years of age, or are taking medication, consult your healthcare professional before using this product.

Other ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, sunflower lecithin, silica, and antioxidant blend. The softgel capsule consists of gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Does not contain: Wheat, soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
