Not all fatty acids can be produced in the body, so they must be supplied through diet or supplementation. Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil 1500 mg | Plus Vitamin B6 provides the fatty acids linoleic acid (LA) and gamma linoleic acid (GLA). In the body, linoleic acid is metabolized to GLA, which is essential for the production of certain hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. It also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Method of administration:

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
