Dary Natury's oat straw for the bath is dried and chopped stems of the well-known oat plant (Avena sativa). Oat grains are extremely nutritious and beneficial for health, but recently oat straw has been of much greater interest in traditional medicine. This is not surprising, given the rich composition and beneficial properties of this plant. Dry oat stalks contain a huge amount of vegetable proteins (including gluten), starch, macro- and microelements such as calcium, magnesium, iron and silicon. It also contains saponins (improving metabolism), flavonoids (responsible for the body's antioxidant activity), sterols (helping to combat high cholesterol levels), alkaloids, vitamins D, E, B1, B2 and beta-carotene. Oats are rich in soluble silica with a beneficial effect on arthritis, rheumatic diseases, kidney stones and kidney diseases. Oat straw is used for skin diseases, furunculosis and excessive sweating of the feet. This raw material is collected from organic farming in the milky maturity phase, i.e. when it is most valuable and rich in active compounds.
