Sustain is our training/event carbohydrate powder designed for the elite athlete. We use proprietary raw materials for our hydration-enhancing amino acids in the form of Kyowa Citrulline and Sustamine.
For our carbohydrate source, we used a blend of three carbohydrates consisting of patented cluster dextrin, patented palatinose, and fructose powder.
The goal here is to increase the efficiency of carbohydrate absorption, which is achieved to a greater extent when combining sources in the way we have with Sustain.
Method of use:
We highly recommend drinking Sustain during your workout and taking it separately from your MPS Max or essential amino acids. We also advise consuming Sustain with at least 750ml of water per serving, 1 litre per 2 servings.
