Inositol is a type of B vitamin that is becoming more popular day by day among women who wish to have a baby, as it is often recommended for use in cases of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) before trying to have a baby.

Folic acid , or vitamin B9 by other names, is an extremely important micronutrient that can contribute to health in many ways. Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
