Mattisson Kefir Probiotica is a capsule with freeze-dried kefir, coconut flour and coconut blossom sugar. Kefir is a nutritious fermented milk drink containing a wide range of beneficial biologically active compounds – mainly prebiotics and probiotics. Kefir is included in the formula as a freeze-dried powder obtained by freeze-drying. In this way, the beneficial lactic bacteria remain alive and retain their properties for a longer period of time. Coconut flour and coconut sugar additionally stimulate the growth of lactic acid bacteria.

What does kefir contain?

In addition to lactic acid bacteria, kefir contains milk protein, fats, organic and fatty acids, natural sugars, vitamins - A, PP, beta-carotene, C, H, B vitamins, as well as the minerals calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, iron, zinc, iodine, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, fluorine, molybdenum and cobalt.
