Action:

Turmeric is a spice that comes from the root of the plant curcuma longa, which is a perennial plant in the ginger family. Its main active ingredient is curcumin.

The treasure of turmeric lies in the benefits of curcumin. Curcumin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

It contains bioactive compounds that have protective properties.

The value of these protective compounds is that they help the body fight the damaging effects of a process called oxidation. Over time, this process can lead to chronic inflammation and, as a result, age-related conditions, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. Including protective foods in the diet means that our bodies are better equipped to deal with aging and the inflammation associated with it, as well as inflammation caused by exercise and muscle soreness.

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
