BCAAs is a combination of three amino acids with a branched molecular structure – L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-ValineThey belong to the so-called essential amino acids, i.e. the body cannot produce them, so their intake in the form of nutritional supplements is of utmost importance.

BCAAs play an important role in building and maintaining lean muscle mass. The combination of the three makes up approximately 1/3 of the skeletal muscle in the body. They enhance protein synthesis.

Naturalico BCAAs provides a high dose L-Leucine - the most important amino acid for increasing strength and endurance. L-Leucine is broken down and absorbed significantly faster than other branched-chain amino acids. It stimulates the building of muscle proteins and helps reduce muscle breakdown.

Recommended dosage:

As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules daily, 30 minutes before training. For maximum results, take another 4 capsules after training.
