Green Tea Extract Holland & Barrett:

Holland & Barrett Green Tea Extract contains a high amount of polyphenols - substances that prevent inflammation, protect cartilage in the joints and slow down the process of joint degeneration. Polyphenols also show the ability to fight the human papilloma virus and reduce the growth of abnormal cells in the cervix. Green tea contains a high percentage of caffeine, which helps fight excess weight and contributes to stimulating brain function and improving memory. Caffeine stimulates the nervous system, heart and muscles by increasing the release of substances called neurotransmitters in the body. Antioxidants in green tea protect the heart and blood vessels from oxidative stress and fight the signs of premature aging.

Instructions for use:
One tablet per day during meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) (aerial part) (standardized to contain 40% polyphenols) (from 187.5mg of 4:1 extract) - 750mg
