BIO Nettle by Ekamedica is a liquid product that contains organic nettle leaf extract , without added sugar. Composition of BIO Nettle:

BIO Nettle is a natural product, based entirely on nettle leaf extract, with no added sugar. It is produced from plants from certified organic farming, which have undergone a pasteurization process. Its taste and color may vary depending on the season and the type of raw material used. It is characterized by a natural sediment, which does not change its qualities.

Properties of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica)

Nettle is a genus of angiosperms in the family Urticaceae, which includes between 30 and 45 species, mainly perennial herbaceous plants. It is distributed in Europe, North Africa, Asia and North America. Nettle is a source of:

• Iron: recommended as an anti-anemic agent for people with an active lifestyle and prone to anemia (pregnant women, nursing mothers and the elderly).
• Other minerals (calcium, manganese, potassium, zinc, magnesium, copper): contribute to increasing bone density, blood clotting, proper liver and kidney rhythm, regulating prostate disorders, reducing the severity of eczema, etc.
• Vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, which support the immune system, vision, brain function and cellular metabolism. They improve muscle tone, the functioning of the nervous and cardiac systems, digestion and hormone balance. The antioxidant effect of vitamins provides natural protection by neutralizing free radicals, slowing down aging and reducing the risk of disease.
• Beta-carotene: reduces oxidative stress responsible for the occurrence of chronic diseases, improves cognitive function and memory, supports skin, lung and eye health.
