Chelated Manganese Holland & Barrett:

Manganese is a mineral that is involved in the production of the enzyme manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD). It is contained in the mitochondria of cells and provides powerful antioxidant protection. The manganese in the formula is chelated, which means that its absorption and activity in the body is improved. This mineral has the ability to improve the absorption of essential macronutrients and vitamins such as A, B1 and C. It participates in the synthesis of fatty acids and cholesterol. It promotes the activity of the thyroid gland by supporting the production of thyroxine and sex hormones. Manganese improves energy production, promotes proper bone building and protein absorption. Regarding bone and cartilage health, the mineral is recommended for people with joint diseases. It regulates the activity of the nervous system and reduces fatigue.

Instructions for use:
 Two tablets per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Each tablet contains:
Manganese chelate - 5 mg

Does not contain:
artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, preservatives, added sugar or salt, corn-based additives, yeast, pork-based additives. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of small children.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
