Does not contain: Gluten, lactose. Suitable for vegans/vegetarians.

Application: Contributes to the normal state of the muscular and nervous systems.

Note: High doses of magnesium may cause diarrhea. Information for diabetics: 1 tablet = 0.02 BE. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and nutritious diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Recommended daily dose of the product: 1 tablet 1-2 times daily, during meals, with sufficient water.
