L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid and therefore cannot be synthesized by the body, it must be obtained from food or dietary supplements. Because L-tryptophan is converted into serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) and melatonin in the body, it plays an important role in promoting relaxation, restful sleep and a positive mood. L-tryptophan may also help reduce carbohydrate cravings.

Jarrow Formulas® L-tryptophan as TryptoPure™ is the highest purity pharmaceutical grade L-tryptophan available on the market today. TryptoPure is produced through fermentation, entirely from plant sources.

Recommended intake: 1 capsule on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before bedtime with water or fruit juice or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Note: DO NOT take this product if you are taking SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) or MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors). If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, are under the age of 18, or are taking medication, consult your physician before using this product.

Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), cellulose and silicon dioxide. The capsule consists of gelatin.

Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, soy, corn, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
Ποια είναι ημερήσια δόση; 1 κάψουλα;; 4 κάψουλες;;;
