Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body, comprising 60% of the free amino acids in the blood and muscles. Glutamine serves as a precursor for the synthesis of other amino acids and glucose for energy. The cells of the immune system, the small intestine and the kidneys have the highest levels of Glutamine in the body. Glutamine is also extremely important for the production of glutathione - the most powerful antioxidant in the human body. This is an important amino acid for the proper functioning of the immune system.

Glutamine is a preferred product by active sports people who aim for faster and better recovery of muscle tissue, as well as stimulation of growth hormone production. Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
