Kre-Alkalyn is a buffered form of creatine with alkali, with a pH in aqueous solution between 12 and 14. Kre-Alkalyn is a softened creatine that does not convert to creatinine when it enters the human body. Kre-Alkalyn is stabilized, so it passes through the digestive system unchanged and can be fully absorbed by the muscular system.

Kre-Alkalyn is more than 10 times more effective than creatine monohydrate and will allow you to take the maximum amount of creatine in the amount of 2-3g per day without any stomach problems. In addition, Kre-Alkalyn avoids the accumulation of water in the body. Other advantages are the elimination of the so-called accumulation period, characteristic of other forms of creatine, as well as buffering the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles and neutralizing the unpleasant effect of muscle soreness.

Directions : Kre-Alkalyn does not require loading phases, is taken with fast carbohydrates, is not neutralized by caffeine. Recommended doses are between 1.5 and 3 grams per day. We recommend taking 1.5 grams before and after training and 1.5 grams on non-training days.

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
