Zinc plays a vital role in protein synthesis and helps regulate cell division in the human immune system.

Zinc is found mostly in the strong muscles of the body and is in particularly high concentrations in white and red blood cells, the retina of the eye, skin, liver, bones, and pancreas. Semen and the prostate gland in men also contain large amounts of zinc.

There are over 300 enzymes in the human body, and all of them require zinc to function properly. Researchers estimate that 3,000 out of the 100,000 proteins in the human body contain zinc. The average human body contains 2 to 3 grams of zinc.

There are also organs in the body that secrete zinc – the salivary glands, the prostate gland, and the pancreas. Even immune cells secrete zinc.

Purpose: Used as a dietary supplement to reach the recommended daily intake of zinc.

Directions for use: 1 capsule daily after meals or otherwise after consulting a doctor.
