Ashwagandha is used in the Indian tradition of Ayurveda to improve musculoskeletal function, promote energy, counteract stress, and as a tonic to improve general health and sexual life in both sexes.

Μόλις έλαβα το προϊόν. Γράφει: να μην ξεπερνας την ημερήσια δόση (!!!)
Έψαξα παντού τη δόση, ακομη και στο σαιτ σας. Αλλά ΔΕΝ γράφει πουθενά !!
