OLIMP Blackweiler Shred is a liquid supplement that contains caffeine, beta-alanine and niacin with herbal extracts: wasabi extract, ginger extract, black pepper extract and black pepper extract. How to take : It is recommended to take 1-3 servings per day, about 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 serving of 6 g (1/2 scoop) in 100 ml of water.
