Mastic Mouthwash 250 ml

Natural protection against bad breath and maintenance of oral health

Maintaining oral hygiene is of utmost importance not only for good self-esteem, healthy teeth and gums, but also for fresh and pleasant breath. This product provides comprehensive care for oral health.

The active ingredient in this product is mastic, which is a natural resin extracted from mastic trees on the island of Chios in Greece. It is known for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and contributes to maintaining oral hygiene.

Why should you use antiseptic mouthwash?

The human oral cavity is home to a rich variety of bacteria. It is estimated that the average human mouth can harbor between 500 and 700 different species of bacteria. However, this does not necessarily mean that all of these bacteria are pathogenic or harmful to health.

Many of the bacteria in the mouth are important for the normal function of the oral cavity and even for the health of the whole body. For example, some types of bacteria help break down food, others protect the body from the entry of pathogenic microorganisms and are involved in maintaining the natural bacterial balance of the oral mucosa.

However, there are also pathogenic bacteria that can cause various oral problems such as cavities, periodontal disease (inflammation of the gums and tissues around the teeth), halitosis (bad breath), etc. The development of these bacteria is usually controlled and normalized through proper oral hygiene, including regular and proper tooth brushing and the use of mouthwashes with antiseptic properties.

Antiseptic water with mastic from the island of Chios will help control harmful bacteria and prevent the development of oral diseases.

Effect of water with mastic

Prevents halitosis – bad breath

Mouthwash helps remove bacterial plaque and food particles, which are often the cause of bad breath. Mastic from the island of Chios has an antiseptic effect and you can always feel confident in your fresh breath.

Keeps gums healthy

Regular use of mouthwash helps maintain gum health. Mastic prevents gum inflammation and the development of various diseases that can affect them.

Has antibacterial effects

Mouthwash with mastic is effective in fighting harmful bacteria in the oral cavity. This can prevent the development of cavities and other dental diseases.

Using mouthwash is a supplement to regular oral hygiene and will support the long-term health of your teeth and gums, protecting them from the development of serious diseases.
