Each VITAMIN AZ tablet provides you with a combination of 28 essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements for your body. The tablets are “time-released”, i.e. they are supplied evenly to the body over a period of hours and are optimally absorbed or utilized.
Taking 1 tablet twice a day, in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed, covers the minimum amount of Vitamins needed per day for the normal user [100% RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) for 24 hours]. Vitamin AZ is nothing more than Ultra AZ, but without EGCG and OPCs, i.e. a common multi-vitamin/mineral supplement on the market.
