Strict diets, associated with reduced calorie intake, often involve relatively few amino acids. In that case, it is good to use Tyrosine. Anyone who uses products with a high caffeine and/or ephedrine content should definitely add Tyrosine, because these substances reduce the amount of the Amino Acid in the body.
Directions for use : Tyrosine - 1 to 2 capsules daily, best on an empty stomach with water or juice.
