Purpose: for immune system health
Preparation: Boil 1 liter of water in a stainless steel, glass or enameled container. Do not use aluminum containers. Add one Essiac tea bag to the boiling water and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 12 hours. Finally, stir and pour into a 1 liter container. Store in the refrigerator for no more than three weeks.
Recommended use: Take 4 tablespoons of the prepared tea twice a day on an empty stomach. For aggressive use, drink 6 tablespoons three times a day on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the dosage of 18 tablespoons per day.
ATTENTION: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have or develop diarrhea, abdominal pain, or intestinal obstruction. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking any prescription medications, or if you have a medical condition, especially ulcers or kidney stones.
